What information do we collect? How do we use it?
It may be necessary for VIPBackup to request and store certain information about you in relation to the services we provide. We may collect your name, e-mail address, mailing address, and telephone number. This allows us to contact you with important installation information, tips and tricks, follow-up information and support. You must accept these terms and conditions before signing up for our services and downloading our software. A checkbox or similar means is provided on the download form to indicate acceptance. When you order services, we need to know your name, e-mail address, mailing address, credit card number, and expiration date. This allows us to process and fulfill your order and to notify you of your order status. When you submit customer feedback, we may also ask for your e-mail address so we may provide you with a response when necessary, although we do not display customer e-mail addresses for public viewing on our feedback pages. When you enter a contest or other promotional feature, we may ask for your name, address, and e-mail address so we can administer the contest and notify winners. We monitor customer traffic patterns and site usage to help us develop the design and layout of our Web site. How does VIPBackup protect customer information?

Will VIPBackup disclose the information it collects to outside parties?
VIPBackup does not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others.
