ORDER SERVICE / MODIFY EXISTING SERVICE
If you are a current Trial customer, you may upgrade your account to a Paid account to begin enjoying all the benefits our service has to offer. Please order new service from the Customer Service Portal order page.
If you already have a Paid subscription with us, you may increase or decrease the amount of storage associated with your Backup account by simply sending an email to our Billing Department: billing@vipbackup.com. In your email, please indicate the "Login Name" associated with the account and the new storage amount you need. There is no charge for making this change. Changes are implemented usually within 24 hours.
